    • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations
    • Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, including disciplinary matters and grievances
    • Monitor employee performance and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement strategies
    • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations
