Agile Coach, Business Transformation Lead at an International Financial Services Company in Phnom Penh

  • Lead the Strategy & Transformation team with the goal to define, champion, and drive goals in alignment to the organization's strategic objectives

Our client is an international financial services company in Cambodia to financial advice and asset management solutions for individuals, groups and institutions

The Role

  • Manage and execute the delivery of organization’s strategies with solid practical delivery approach, governance, and portfolio management

  • Driving the culture of Agility to all parts of the organization

  • Coaching the Leaders

  • Coaching and maturing the Teams

  • Driving and monitoring the OKRs and KPIs with the help of the leaders in the market 

  • Education and learning of market PMOs as well as Sponsors and Project Managers in key areas of business case development and benefit tracking & realization and the continued uplift of market portfolio capability and maturity


  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with at least recent 3 years in related position/enterprise PMO area

  • Knowledge of enterprise PMO and proven knowledge across any of the areas such as PMO governance, framework development, Centre of Excellence, and/or investment planning

  • At least 2 to 3 years in related project delivery practice and process improvement position

  • PMP, Prince 2, Management of Portfolios (MoP), Agile qualification, and/or Six Sigma qualification

  • Excellent understanding and experience across the end-to-end project and solution delivery lifecycles; covering both the traditional waterfall and Agile delivery approaches

  • Project Management experience and experience across one or more of the following areas: business analysis, architecture, systems analysis, development, testing, infrastructure is essential

  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including experience managing senior stakeholders
