Description

  • Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed technical drawings for development projects

  • Review architectural plans, specifications, and design documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and project teams throughout project execution

  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction activities

  • Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with design intent, timelines, and quality standards

  • Ensure designs comply with local building regulations, technical standards, and company requirements

  • Support preparation of presentations, reports, and project-related documentation

  • Work closely with project management teams to resolve technical and design-related challenges

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field

  • Minimum 2–5 years of architectural design experience

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or related design software

  • Strong understanding of construction methods and architectural standards

  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate in English; Chinese language skills are highly preferred

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
