Responsible for Freehand Sales, Freight Service Sales, Market Research and Analysis, Client relationship management, Sales Performance Reporting, Cross-functional collaboration

The Role
The ideal talent will be responsible for driving freehand sales of cross-border, warehousing, and contract logistics businesses. Additionally, you will play a significant role in selling other freight services, including Air Freight. This position is based in Vientiane, Laos, and will report to the Regional Manager in Thailand

Description
Drive freehand sales efforts to secure cross-border, warehousing, and contract logistics business. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets
Proactively engage with clients to promote and sell various freight services, with a focus on Air Freight. Identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, analyze competitors' activities, and stay informed about industry trends. Utilize market insights to develop effective sales strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their specific requirements, address inquiries, and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements and deliver high-quality services
Provide regular reports on sales performance, revenue projections, and customer feedback. Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for business growth
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales within the transport and logistics industry. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth across the Freight Forwarding industry
Bachelor’s degree holder
Mandatory Business English level
Excellent sales skills with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with clients and conveying the value of logistics services
