​Country Head at an International Financial Services Company in Phnom Penh

  • Responsible for formulating, implementing, and supervising the overall administration and operations of the company with guidelines and in accordance with Institutional policies, rules, and regulations

Description

  • Ensure the procedures and controls are adequate to protect the interests of the organization and its customer

  • Develop the vision for the future of the organization and the needs of shareholders, customers, and staff

  • Identify objectives and milestones for the short, medium, and long term

  • Achieve the strategic deliverables including financial targets set by the Board and promote company operations establishing it

  • Support the sales team in achieving income and costs within the budget approved by the Management team and BOD

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of working experience in Executive Management position with a proven record of success in financial sectors such as Banking or Microfinance or Finance Leasing

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Statistics is preferred major fields

  • A great advantage in international banking operations management

  • Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills with the ability to communicate and manage staff at all levels

  • Excellent solid knowledge in Numeracy, Risk Management, Negotiation, Compliance functions

  • Native Khmer with proficiency in both written and oral English
