Description

• Lead and set direction for the Sales Team according to budget – both on delivering volume and growing revenue and optimizing profits

• Coach and guide sales team to sell and grow non-ocean activities including supply chain and local products

• Actively monitor local NPS across segments and drive local improvement of customer satisfaction

• Manage stakeholders across the area, region, and global functions

• Lead transformation from the front as per the overall company strategy

• Ensure best practices sharing across teams

• Manage cross functional relationships and actively provide input to product team on product value proposition

• Provide business planning input to Area on behalf of the company

• Build and develop a best-in-class Sales Team

• Ensure Succession plans are in place for key roles including own role

• Coach direct reports for success and development

• Manage local engagement

• The role will be reporting directly to Country Managing Director of Cambodia and dotted line to Area Sales Manager – VCM and will have 6 direct reports

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree

• Having minimum 10 years of experience in integrated logistic sale, forwarding background

• Strong leadership experience and proven performance achievement

• Good Common English, Mandarin are compulsory requirements and Khmer is optional
