About the Company

Our client is an international Data Steward company in Cambodia for latest technologies solutions to give various industries.

Description

  • Implement and maintain data governance, principles, policy, data standards and processes

  • Manage and coordinate OpCo local data team of all business stream

  • Perform on-going assessment and monitoring of compliance to data quality standards in OpCo

  • Ensure that data is properly used throughout the OpCo

  • Manage day-to-day integrity, security, and quality of data created or updated

  • Resolve data management issues for OpCo and escalate problems where necessary to the data quality lead

Requirements

  • BA or BSc in a technical discipline (computer science, engineering)

  • At least 1 years of data management or proven experience in a data related role

  • Ensuring and maintain quality of the data

  • Master data control, Manage Data Governance, Principles, Policy, data standards and processes

  • Experience in business process improvement and quality Assurance

  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills to help reconcile the different points of view and requirements that clash during cross team and cross-organization efforts

  • Knowledge to exposure to data quality concepts, best practices, and tools

  • Knowledge to understand how data is used within business processes and its impact
