This role focuses on paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, and close coordination with the sales team to maximize conversion performance in a fast-paced environment

Description

  • Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing strategies for real estate projects

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads

  • Create engaging content and manage social media channels to strengthen brand presence

  • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and coordinate with sales to improve conversions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 2–3 years of digital marketing experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and basic SEO

  • Proven ability in lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis

  • Creative, analytical, target-driven, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
