Finance Manager at a Successful International Logistic Service Company in Phnom Penh

Distribute the financial resources of the company, responsible for the budget planning, and support the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company

About the Company

Description

  • To lead entity-level accounting and monthly closing to ensure accurate and timely reporting

  • To communicate with HQ finance team regularly and support HQ finance team for various routine and ad hoc reports needed

  • To develop the annual budgets and monthly/bi-weekly forecasts for country operations, review the operation results versus plans (budgets/forecasts), and analyse the variances

  • To partner operation teams for the implementation of business activities and improvement of operation results

  • To develop and update accounting policies and financial management processes and ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and tax/statutory regulations

  • To review existing business processes and the control environment and make recommendations for improvements or updates

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance/Accountancy or ACCA

  • Good knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and tax regulations

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the accounting and finance environment

  • Candidates with Supply Chain or Logistics experience will be an added advantage

  • Maturity, meticulous, resourceful and the ability to multi-task and work in an existing fast-paced environment

  • Independent worker and analytical problem solver with the ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve sophisticated problems

  • Good analytical, organizational, writing, and communication skills, strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership

  • Financial modeling expertise is a plus
