Description

  • Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

  • Analyse financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making

  • Manage cash flow, monitor expenses, and ensure the company's financial stability

  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities

  • Stay updated with industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices in financial management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (master’s degree or CPA/ACCA preferred)

  • 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in an international organization or conglomerate

  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively

  • Fluency in English is required
