The Role

Responsible to oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.

Description

•         Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take

•          Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.

•         Dealing with external auditors in ensuring completion of statutory audits and filing of statutory accounts within the deadline.

•       Ensure reconciliation of financial statements of statutory audited accounts, company ledgers and financial reports to the Regional Office.

Requirements

•         Degree on financial/business management or related disciplines; or University graduate with a CPA or ACCA Qualification

•          Minimum 10 years’ experience in accounting and reporting and financial management

•          Native Khmer and Business English

•         Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used

•        A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
