The Role

Responsible to support business decision-making through financial insights, reporting, and forecasting.

Description

•          Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business performance tracking

•          Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

•          Monitor sales performance, cost of goods, and operational expenses within the pharmaceutical business

•          Partner with commercial, supply chain, and operations teams to provide financial insights

•          Support inventory analysis and working capital management

•          Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

•          Assist in monthly closing and management reporting

Requirements

•          Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

•          2 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles

•          Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering

•         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•         Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus

•         Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles

•         Native Khmer and Business English are required
