The Role

The ideal talent will be responsible for managing sales and marketing, logistics and supply chain operations, import activities, and local sales and distribution to farming shops and dealers. This position will manage around 13 staff members and report directly to the Managing Director

Description

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. Foster strong relationships with customers and explore new market opportunities to expand the customer base

• Oversee logistics and supply chain activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations, from import of ingredients to distribution to customers. Streamline processes and optimize inventory management

• Handle import activities of ingredients and establish strong relationships with suppliers. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions to ensure a reliable supply chain

• Manage local sales and distribution efforts to farming shops and dealers. Monitor sales performance, address customer needs, and develop strategies to increase market share

• Lead and manage a team of around 13 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring the team's alignment with business goals

• Provide regular reports to the Managing Director on business performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in veterinary science or a related field is required, as it will require a deep understanding of animal feed and ingredients

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business management roles, preferably within the animal feed or agriculture industry. Demonstrated success in overseeing operations and driving business growth

• Mandatory fluent Mandarin speaker

• Unique requirement: people management skills, communication skills
