This role involves designing budgets, implementing company policies, and managing internal HR systems. The ideal candidate should have extensive HR experience in senior roles and possess strong knowledge of Human Resources Management software.

• Lead HR projects, such as revising compensation plans.

• Design budgets and allocate resources efficiently.

• Apply company policies and ensure compliance.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

• Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic HR guidance.

• Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior HR roles.

• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (master’s degree preferred).

• Proficiency in the Khmer or Chinese language is a requirement for this position.
