Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
About the Company
Our client is an international feed manufacturer and specializing in the production of high-quality animal, poultry, and aquaculture feed.
Manage the process of recruitment, selection, training and conduct the orientation
Manage the compliance for business such as work permit/ employment book, NSSF, Visa, health check
Deal with business head for ensuring well record for any training provided by company
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Proven working experience as HR Manager
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 5 years of working experiences in human resource management
Good knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, such as talent acquisition and development, employee retention, labour relations, organizational effectiveness, compensation practices and diversity.
Native Khmer and Business English is required
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
