Job Description
HRBP at an International FMCG Company in Phnom Penh
Work closely with leadership to support business growth by managing talent, driving people strategies, and enhancing overall organizational performance.
Up to USD 3,000 plus other benefit packages
The Role
This role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting organizational growth, talent management, and overall HR initiatives.

Descriptions
Act as a strategic HR partner to business units, aligning HR initiatives with business goals
Support talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
Drive performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
Partner with managers on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Analyze HR data and metrics to support business decisions
Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to implement group HR strategies and policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5 to 8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in an HRBP role
Experience in FMCG or multinational environments is highly preferred
Proven ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
