Job Description

HRBP at an International FMCG Company in Phnom Penh

  • Work closely with leadership to support business growth by managing talent, driving people strategies, and enhancing overall organizational performance.

The Role

This role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting organizational growth, talent management, and overall HR initiatives.

Descriptions

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business units, aligning HR initiatives with business goals

  • Support talent management, succession planning, and leadership development

  • Drive performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives

  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management

  • Partner with managers on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

  • Analyze HR data and metrics to support business decisions

  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to implement group HR strategies and policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5 to 8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in an HRBP role

  • Experience in FMCG or multinational environments is highly preferred

  • Proven ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
