Description

  • Lead and manage the software development team, including backend, frontend, and full-stack engineers

  • Ensure scalability, security, and high performance of digital financial platforms

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

  • Manage integration with banking systems, APIs, and third-party financial services

  • Implement best practices in coding standards, DevOps, and system security

  • Monitor system performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field

  • Strong technical background in Java, NET, Python, Goland or similar enterprise-level programming languages Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices would be an advantage

  • Experience in fintech, banking systems, or financial services platforms is highly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of system architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies

  • Good command with proficiency in both written and oral in English and Khmer language
