Description

• Drive new business opportunities from private and government sectors

• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior

• Drive cross-selling and after-sales services

• Direct report to CEO and COO

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in heavy machinery or relevant industry

• Strong understanding of heavy machinery products and specifications.

• Proven leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.

• Must be fluent in both Khmer and English
