The ideal talent will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing key customer accounts within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafe) channels and other relevant sectors such as resorts in the Vientiane, Laos region

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the HORECA channels and relevant sectors. Understand their needs, preferences, and business objectives, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Drive sales growth and revenue generation within the assigned key accounts. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets

  • Identify new business opportunities within the HORECA channels and relevant sectors. Conduct market research, prospecting, and lead generation to expand the customer base and market presence

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements and optimize sales performance

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Analyze market insights and customer feedback to provide recommendations for product improvements and business growth


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the services industry. Demonstrated success in managing HORECA channels and relevant sectors is essential

  • Bachelor’s degree holder

  • Mandatory fluent Mandarin and Business English level

  • Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage key customer relationships, drive sales growth, and deliver results in a competitive market
