Description

• Develop and diversify the business to drive income growth and secure future expansion

• Take charge of end-to-end sales activities, from identifying prospects to closing lucrative customer deals

• Coordinate sales efforts with the operational team and pricing

• Conduct market research to monitor competition and gather up-to-date pricing and product information

• Communicate customer feedback to the relevant team members and assist in resolving issues as needed

• Maintain and update customer information in internal systems and regularly review customer portfolios

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of commercial experience in Integrated Logistic Service

• Strong customer service mindset, result-oriented, enthusiastic, motivated, and confident

• Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to tolerate work pressure and stress
