Interesting opportunity for Operation Management who technically strong experience in Food Manufacturing process with HACCP, ISO etc.

About the Company

Our client is fast growing among other food production companies and specialized in high quality fish and other seafood production.

Description

• Must set up production and operation plans, managing and monitoring factory workflow

• In-charge for QA/QC work to ensure no bacteria in raw material and products

• Coordinating with maintenance team for production and facility maintenance

• Manage quality control system for consumer safety

Requirements

• 5 years and above experience in Food Manufacturing industrial

• Bachelor of Degree or any engineering related field

• Industrial background in Seafood, VAP Seafood, Drinking Water production management

• Must understand and could use HACCP, ISO, GMP

• Good people management skill
