Excellent Opportunity for well-experienced Operational Risk Manager candidate who involves assessing business operations, identifying issues, and creating reports on your findings and helps develop the policies and implement changes to lessen operational risks

Descriptions

• Analyze the operational risk management in cooperation with department and branch level

• Design, implement and lead the operational risk management strategy and plans

• Ensure the qualitative and quantitative assessment of the major operational risk

• Adapt regional standard Risk and Control Self-Assessment and related processes locally

• Conduct the assessment and update of potential incidents in liaison with independent control functions

Requirements

• At least 3 years of working experience and knowledge with a strong knowledge of operational risk management and previous experience working with risk (i.e. risk analyst)

• A bachelor’s degree or professional education in financial or other related fields

• Work analytically in a problem-solving environment to identify root causes and develop action plans to resolve issues

• Good Command in both written and oral in Khmer and English languages
