Description

​

  • Lead daily factory operations, ensuring production targets are achieved with consistent quality and efficiency

  • Drive lean manufacturing (TPS) initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance productivity

  • Analyze operational data (output, yield, efficiency, delivery) to identify gaps and implement improvements

  • Establish and refine SOPs and production processes to strengthen standardization and control

  • Coordinate closely with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow and order fulfillment

  • Manage and develop production teams, fostering accountability and high performance

  • Support communication with overseas stakeholders and ensure alignment with global requirements

Requirements

​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Supply Chain, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing management

  • Proven experience in lean manufacturing / TPS implementation

  • Background in multinational manufacturing or structured supply chain environments is highly preferred

  • Ability to communicate in Chinese for regional coordination

  • Working proficiency in English for daily communication

  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
