Description

• Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (eg ISO 9001) to ensure continuous compliance

• Develop and maintain a robust reporting system for upper management to monitor company performance regularly

• Take responsibility for managing customer returns, complaints, and tracking corrective actions, providing timely updates on their progress

• Plan and conduct internal audits, maintain accurate records, and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions

• Foster a customer-centric culture across the organization, oversee quality inspections, coordinate communication with external parties regarding the quality system, and facilitate the implementation and certification of processes according to ISO standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any engineering-related field

• 4 years of experience in relevant fields, and industry

• At least Business English

• Great fundamental knowledge of ISO, 7 QC, FMEA, and tools for breakdown analysis

• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
