The Role

The ideal candidate would be a results-driven and hands-on sales leader to play a critical role in driving regional sales growth, expanding retail coverage, and strengthening brand presence in the market

Description

  • Lead and manage regional sales operations to achieve sell-out targets and sustainable revenue growth

  • Develop distributor and retail networks while strengthening brand visibility and product availability

  • Coach and develop a high-performing field sales team through hands-on leadership and execution

  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to drive strategic decisions and growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field

  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in sales management or similar roles, preferably pharmaceutical-related industry

  • Proven experience managing regional sales, distributor networks, and retail channels

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
