​Sales Manager at a Leading Industrial Tools Distribution Company in Phnom Penh

  • Responsible for the development of the industrial tool portfolios for industrial customer segments

  • Up to $1,500

The Role

This is an ideal role for an individual who has great hands-on experience in handling product sales to industrial market

About the company

Our client is one of the leading international groups of businesses in Cambodia with extensive portfolios such as Automotive, international F&B business, heavy machinery, and construction paint, etc.


  • To manage the team and support the sales team

  • Build reports, and customer relationships and identify the customer’s requirements

  • Suggest and demonstrate the best possible solutions to the customers and tailor to the customer’s requirements

  • Ensure sales opportunities are maximized for the whole portfolios of the industrial products

  • Maintains contact with the customers to ensure the sales processes are completed with efficiency manners

  • Engage internal stakeholders to deliver the maximum customer services and to ensure timely delivery of the products

  • Maintain a professional manner and high standards of personal presentation at all times


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in handling industrial-related product sales

  • Excellent communication in both internal and external channels

  • Good command of English Communication

  • Able to work independently and also with a team
