Description

  • Develop annual marketing calendar, supported by consumer insight and sales data, and align marketing calendar with marketing team and other stakeholders such as Marketing team, Operations team and General Manager

  • Manage the marketing team to execute the marketing calendar as aligned, by crafting an integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touch points, including website, print communications, online communications, and direct mail

  • Manage and track the marketing spend to ensure it is on track as budget.

  • Conduct pre and post analysis of marketing campaigns. Analytical skills required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience and minimum 3 years of experience in management level

  • Prefer candidate from Franchise Business.

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Khmer Native and Business English is a must

  • Has unique negotiation skills and communication skills
