Description

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance personnel, fostering motivation and growth

• Enhance preventive maintenance plans and strategies for various systems and structures

• Oversee maintenance operations for buildings, infrastructure, electrical systems, water systems, firefighting systems, compressed air systems, HVAC systems, and more

• Drive technical improvements, modernizations, and implementation of advanced technologies

• Plan and budget for long-term initiatives, manage costs, conduct safety inspections, and oversee project management involving consultants and contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant engineering field

• 3 to 6 years of experience in relevant field and industry

• At least Business English

• Great fundamental knowledge of safety and facility management
