• Responsible to develop and increase the commercial activities of the industrial solution segment in Laos

• Up to $ 600 plus other allowances

The ideal candidate for the industrial solution segment should have a robust background in industrial engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex industrial projects. They should possess strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of industrial processes, and the ability to drive innovative and efficient solutions that meet client's needs and optimize operations

Description

• Develop and implement technical sales strategies and drive to achieve sales targets for assigned territories

• Manage and monitor the commercial sales activities

• Implement customized solutions based on changing markets and trends

• Monitor costs and provide inputs on proper pricing, discounts, and contract terms to achieve the target

• Manage reporting of sales and projected sales/margin forecasts and pipelines on a regular basis

• Manage continuous improvement of sales processes

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to better understand client requirements and leverage cross-product/industry business opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related discipline

• At least 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Good Command of English in both spoken and written

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills

• Computer literacy
