The role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end supply planning, import operations, customs clearance, and inventory management to ensure products are delivered on time and in full

Description

Coordinate monthly and rolling supply plans to ensure sufficient product availability across distributors.

Work closely with regional supply points to monitor production schedules, shipment plans, and estimated delivery timelines.

Identify potential supply risks related to shipment schedules, warehouse capacity, and delivery timelines, and implement mitigation plans.

Prepare and manage import documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs clearance documents.

Coordinate with shipping agents, logistics providers, and distributors to ensure timely customs clearance and product delivery.

Lead regular supply review meetings with regional manufacturing sites and logistics partners to monitor shipment performance.

Manage end-to-end SAP transactions, including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and inventory updates.

Coordinate tax payments, payment approvals, and purchasing processes with finance and shared service teams.

Monitor logistics costs, shipment performance, and supply chain KPIs while providing regular analytical reports to management.

Ensure compliance with customs regulations, internal control requirements, and audit documentation.

Maintain accurate master data, including HS codes and supply planning records.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply planning processes, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain within FMCG, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or related industries

Experience managing import processes, customs documentation, and international shipments is highly preferred

Hands-on experience using SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with regional and cross-functional stakeholders

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with excellent attention to detail

Good command of written and spoken English
