The role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end supply planning, import operations, customs clearance, and inventory management to ensure products are delivered on time and in full

Description

• Coordinate monthly and rolling supply plans to ensure sufficient product availability across distributors.

• Work closely with regional supply points to monitor production schedules, shipment plans, and estimated delivery timelines.

• Identify potential supply risks related to shipment schedules, warehouse capacity, and delivery timelines, and implement mitigation plans.

• Prepare and manage import documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs clearance documents.

• Coordinate with shipping agents, logistics providers, and distributors to ensure timely customs clearance and product delivery.

• Lead regular supply review meetings with regional manufacturing sites and logistics partners to monitor shipment performance.

• Manage end-to-end SAP transactions, including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and inventory updates.

• Coordinate tax payments, payment approvals, and purchasing processes with finance and shared service teams.

• Monitor logistics costs, shipment performance, and supply chain KPIs while providing regular analytical reports to management.

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, internal control requirements, and audit documentation.

• Maintain accurate master data, including HS codes and supply planning records.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply planning processes, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain within FMCG, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or related industries

• Experience managing import processes, customs documentation, and international shipments is highly preferred

• Hands-on experience using SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with regional and cross-functional stakeholders

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with excellent attention to detail

• Good command of written and spoken English
