    • Develop and managing the product sellings to all OSCs in Laos.
    • Maintain a high level of deale service reputation in the market area.

    • Ensure the OSCs are meeting all the franchise policies and operating in highest efficiency level.
    • Develop new service franchise in potential provinces to attract and development new customers.
    • Weekly revenue report to the management team, increase business to get revenue and control P&L

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree level in business management or related fields
    • Minimum 5 – 8 years of working experience in servie oriented business model with multiple service centers, franchise business operation or Automotive business.
