MyWorld are experts at recruitment in South East Asia, so our expansion to Cambodia was inevitable. As far back as 2017 we had been asked repeatedly by our Myanmar clients to support them with our services in the Cambodia market. So in 2021 we decided it was the right time to launch our first office outside of Myanmar.
For us, Cambodia is just exciting, there are so many things going on and it is obvious that it will be one of the leading economies in Southeast Asia in the future. With this much potential, we wanted to ensure that our existing and new clients are able to experience the best recruitment service in the region to help their businesses grow. We also want candidates in Cambodia to understand what true recruitment services are and how much advantage they will get by using us in their job search.
And the response has been amazing. I am constantly getting feedback from our clients that they have never experienced this level of customer service and quality from a recruitment company before in Cambodia, that our speed and accuracy are second to none, and that our ability to find niche candidates in the challenging Cambodia market.
