The bank was planning to establish Trustee Business Services, a new function under their organization. Cambodia’s trustee framework is still evolving compared to more developed markets, requiring careful legal structuring and regulatory compliance.
To launch this service, they needed a Chief Investment Leadership Position with:

- Proven investment expertise and leadership in regulated financial environments
- Exposure to emerging markets and cross-border financial operations
