Our client is a leading healthcare distribution company in Cambodia, supporting pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations with market access, supply chain management, and nationwide distribution services. Since establishing operations in the country in the early 2000s, the company has built a strong distribution network that enables healthcare companies to deliver essential products efficiently across the Cambodian market.
The Challenge
The client approached MyWorld to conduct a confidential search for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager, a specialized HR role requiring deep expertise in reward strategy, payroll structures, and employee benefits management.
However, the Cambodian talent market presents several challenges for such positions:

The Result
Through targeted outreach, MyWorld identified a promising candidate. Initially, the hiring manager felt the candidate appeared slightly junior based on the CV. However, we encouraged the client to proceed with an interview to better assess the candidate’s capabilities.
Following the interview, the client recognized the candidate’s potential and decided to move forward with an offer. The candidate accepted and has since successfully integrated into the organization and continues to perform well in the role.
