Administrative Manager at a Fast-Growing Property Management Company in Phnom Penh

Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes

The Role

  • Supervising day to day operations and developing internal policies and procedures

  • Responsible for office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and property maintained

  • Manage the documentation, supplier agreements and information systems

  • Assist in client communication and execution of property transactions

  • Deliver ad-hoc projects based on the management team’s requests.

  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, government officials and suppliers

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general administration management

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Fluent in Khmer and Chinese is a must, while fluent in English is a plus
