​Aftersales Manager at a Market Leading Global Heavy Equipment Business Company in Phnom Penh

  • Responsible to manage the end-to-end aftersales commercial and operational function of the business

The Role

This is an ideal role for an individual who has great hands-on experience with aftersales functions, parts sales, and inventory management. In addition, experience working in the heavy equipment or heavy machinery industry with team management experience

Description

  • People management: responsible for the organization and performance of a growing team of aftersales service personnel including both field & workshop activities

  • Implementing and maintaining activity and other company management systems as required assisting in the overall management of this support division

  • Ensuring customer service performance by providing exceptional customer service to support and maintain long-lasting relationships with the customers and develop a healthy brand image

  • Optimizing spare parts stock levels, costs, and availability for customers who buy regularly

  • Efficient management and scheduling of resources for the maintenance, service and other operations as required by GM

  • Identification of materials, parts, and equipment for purchase to achieve value for money

  • Develop manage and deliver efficiency KPIs for the Aftersales service department in conjunction with the General Manager

  • Actively solicit additional business for the aftersales department and handle monthly P&L report of aftersales business

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 4 – 6 years of experience in handling aftersales function and prior experience in heavy equipment, automotive or similar

  • Good knowledge of Automotive aftermarket, or heavy equipment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to use MS office applications, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Excellent internal and external stakeholders’ management

  • Have a driving license and be able to travel based on business requirements
