  • Prospect and generate interest from potential clients in the company field through networking, cold calling, and other means

  • Develop persuasive approaches and pitches to convince potential clients to do business with

  • Develop customer freight pipelines and achieve assigned sales targets for the company

  • Identify business opportunities, increase profitability, and accelerate growth by selling integrated supply chain solutions

  • Work with internal teams to develop proposals and pricing that align with client's needs and submit proposals on time

  • Increase the business community's awareness of the company by identifying strategic opportunities and staying ahead of market trends


  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the freight services industry

  • Strong knowledge of international freight services, including sea and air freight, customs clearance, and cross-border trucking

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders

  • Ability to design creative solutions, anticipate customer expectations, and exceed them
