The candidate should possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to develop new business opportunities, maintain existing customer relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth

Description

• Drive top-line growth by developing and implementing strategic plans to increase revenue sustainably

• Develop new business opportunities and act as the primary liaison with clients for all business-related matters

• Achieve and monitor sales budgets, revenue targets, and margin objectives, while driving action plans based on key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Improve and implement Sales Plans for Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Logistics services

• Ensure timely and quality updates of data in CRM (Sales Cloud) and monitor the use of Customer Applications

• Generate and follow up on qualified sales leads, reply to RFQs promptly, and maintain existing customer relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics, international freight forwarding industry

• Strong customer service mindset, result-oriented, enthusiastic, motivated, and confident

• Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to tolerate work pressure and stress

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Language would be added advantage
