  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and effective communication to enhance business partnerships.

  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional activities to drive sales and achieve revenue targets, taking into account market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour.

  • Evaluate and optimize the distribution network, including logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of FMCG products to retailers and consumers.

  • Conduct market analysis, gather competitor intelligence, and generate regular reports to provide insights on market trends, consumer preferences, and sales performance, informing decision-making and strategic planning for the business.


  • At least 8 years of experience in FMCG Industry with proven record in Business Development Background.

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged.

  • Khmer Native and Business English is a must.

  • Has good experience in business development, building up relationships with existing clients and approach to the new client, marketing management and communication skills.
