Responsible in developing and maintaining client relationships, coordinating with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiating contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.

About the Company
Our client is a successful organization with high market position which will allow your career as Business Development Manager to grow together with the organization.
Manage both existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities
Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new-venture integration
Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals
At least 5 years of experience in an Advertising industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Khmer Native and Business English is a must
Open to see the expatriate candidate and prefer candidates from Philippine who is currently based in Cambodia.
Has a good experience in sales and marketing, ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Has excellent organizational skills and communications skill.
