The Role

Manage overall accounting and finance responsibilities including forecasting and yearly budget

About the Company

Our client is one of the well-known property development companies in Cambodia.

Description

• Managing all financial and accounting operations, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue recognition

• Analyse & provide recommendations of organization with regard to long term investment & operation goals

• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax fillings

• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

• Monitor liquidity, responsible for cash flow management, cash flow forecast, manage foreign currency risk and customer credit risk

• Manage tax planning and ensure compliance with local tax regulations

• Support the business operation and lead the new IT implementation of the organisation

• Directly reporting to Executive Committees and Chairman

Requirements

• 12+ years experience in finance and accounting management experience and at least 6 years in a managerial role is preferred

• Preferred experience with ERP system

• Fluent written and spoken English

• CPA and ACCA are strongly recommended

• Good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill is required
