Responsible for overseeing, managing, and administering employees' rewards, perks, and benefits

Description

  • Develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures

  • Evaluate and modify existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures

  • Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure to offer competitive compensation plans

  • Prepare budgets, reports, and presentations

  • Develop profit-sharing, incentive, employee wellness, and performance management programs

  • Ensure all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation

Requirements

  • A minimum 5 years of experience in a role related to the delivery of compensation and benefits, and payroll processing

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field

  • Business English and Khmer Language are required

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Strong people and project management skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
