Compensation & Benefits Manager at a Leading FMCG Company in Phnom Penh
Responsible for ensuring fair and accurate compensation, including regular salaries, bonuses, and any additional types of employee benefits
Up to $2,500 + Other Allowances

Responsible for overseeing, managing, and administering employees' rewards, perks, and benefits

Description
Develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures
Evaluate and modify existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures
Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure to offer competitive compensation plans
Prepare budgets, reports, and presentations
Develop profit-sharing, incentive, employee wellness, and performance management programs
Ensure all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation
Requirements
A minimum 5 years of experience in a role related to the delivery of compensation and benefits, and payroll processing
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field
Business English and Khmer Language are required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong people and project management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
