Responsible to plan and coordinate a company's compensation plans and benefit packages

Description

  • Manages the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs

  • Provides advice to corporate staff on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations

  • Designs creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans

  • Develop compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent

  • Perform salary reviews based on market and sector specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness

  • Oversee and periodically reviewing the administration of benefits

Requirements

  • Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

  • Native Khmer and fluent English is required

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software

  • Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems

  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.

  • A team player with leadership skills
