The Role
Responsible to plan and coordinate a company's compensation plans and benefit packages

Description
Manages the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs
Provides advice to corporate staff on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations
Designs creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans
Develop compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent
Perform salary reviews based on market and sector specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
Oversee and periodically reviewing the administration of benefits
Requirements
Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Native Khmer and fluent English is required
Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software
Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
A team player with leadership skills
