The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who has a strong sales and business development background in biochemical or agriculture fertilizer company

About the Company

Our client is a growing biochemical production company that support rural communities to increase crop yields by transforming rice husk into biochar.

Description

• Develop sales, and grow the market locally and internationally

• Identify key distribution partners and direct clients and maintain relationship with them

• Lead the strategic marketing activities, and set the sales target for the sales team

• Supervise operation teams, control product quality according to company production targets and budget.

• Report to the Global Business Head

Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant marketing experience in agriculture industry, 5 years in managerial position

• Business English is a must

• A strong leadership, management skills are key parts of the role.
