Customer Care Engagement Supervisor at a Leading Distribution Company in Phnom Penh
Responsible in overseeing and managing the customer service representatives, monitoring customer interactions, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Description
Analysing customer service data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Liaising with other departments to address customer issues and provide feedback for product/service improvement.
Ensuring that the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Monitoring and evaluating customer interactions to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in customer service or call center experience.
Need to have experience in using excel VLOOKUP and PIVOT
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged.
Khmer Native and Business English is a must.
Has good experience in marketing, know how to deal with customer, and good communication.
