​Customer Service And Documentation Manager At A Global Shipping Company In Phnom Penh

  • Responsible to develop, maintain and expand MSC’s Customer & Stakeholders in Cambodia promoting the company services as a brand, and providing strong customer services to the clients

Our client is Global Shipping Line and a leader in container shipping. They have established operation in Cambodia and offering professional services

Description

  • Maintain documentation compliance of outbound shipment as per company internal procedures and local authorities’ requirements

  • Ensure all export documentation executives are kept up to date with changes in export procedures

  • Maintain company image by ongoing reviewing and improving Customer Service Standard

  • Handle escalate complain, inquiry and find tailored, feasible solution for specific request from VIP’s client

  • Design job sharing between team member to keep up with current volume & vessel schedule

  • Cooperate with IT team to develop and improve systems used in daily work process to reduce error margin, manual process yet maintain necessary flexibility, user friendly

  • Review cargo movement, customer, and service performance to identify opportunities and risks, providing basic for Sales and cost saving effort

  • Other weekly, quarterly, and ad-hoc benchmarking report as needed by Managements

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in handling similar role in shipping or forwarding industry

  • At least 1 – 2 years of management experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Team player with the ability to work cohesively with colleagues across various functions/departments and also able to work independently

  • Positive and enthusiastic to promote the company brand services as a brand and provide a good customer service experience
