Description

  • Manage the customer support department’s day to day functions

  • Implement customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction

  • Inform the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends

  • Manage many incoming calls and emails

  • Keep a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Customer Service Specialist preferably within a similar environment such as Banking or other financial sectors

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must

  • Ability to maintain calm and under pressure

  • Good efficiency, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Khmer
