  • Manage the customer support department’s day-to-day functions

  • Implement customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction

  • Inform the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends

  • Manage incoming calls and emails

  • Keep a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken


  • At least 3 years of working experience as a Customer Support Specialist, preferably within a similar environment

  • Bachelor’s degree or any related education background is a must

  • Ability to maintain calm under pressure

  • Efficiency and organizational skills

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Khmer
