Description
Manage the customer support department’s day-to-day functions
Implement customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction
Inform the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends
Manage incoming calls and emails
Keep a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
Requirements
At least 3 years of working experience as a Customer Support Specialist, preferably within a similar environment
Bachelor’s degree or any related education background is a must
Ability to maintain calm under pressure
Efficiency and organizational skills
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Khmer
