Our client is a growing IT company that provides Software, Networking and Cyber Security solutions with branch offices in Singapore, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal and Bangladesh.
Description
Maintain relationship with customers, partners and support customer services and sales operation
Handle customers’ inquiries through e-mail, telephone or face to face in professional manner
Handle customer complaints and provide timely and effective solutions
Responsible for communication between product team and the customers
Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in inside sales or customer service operation industry
Business English is a must
Good communication, customer centric personality are key parts of the role
