Our client is a growing IT company that provides Software, Networking and Cyber Security solutions with branch offices in Singapore, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal and Bangladesh.

Description

  • Maintain relationship with customers, partners and support customer services and sales operation

  • Handle customers’ inquiries through e-mail, telephone or face to face in professional manner

  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely and effective solutions

  • Responsible for communication between product team and the customers

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in inside sales or customer service operation industry

  • Business English is a must

  • Good communication, customer centric personality are key parts of the role
