The Role

Head of IT Infrastructure is responsible for developing and executing the company's data science strategy, managing the team, and ensuring that the team is aligned with the company's overall business goals

Description

• Develop and execute the company's data science strategy

• Manage the data science team, including hiring, training, and performance management

• Ensure that the data science team is aligned with the company's overall business goals

• Develop and deploy data science models that drive business value

• Work with other departments to ensure that data science is being used effectively across the organization

• Stay up-to-date on the latest data science trends and technologies

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Quantitative Field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics

• Additional training certifications in data science, computer science, statistics or related fields

• 10+ years of experience in data science, with a proven record of success

• Strong understanding of data science principles and best practices

• Good experience with a variety of data science tools and techniques, projects of all scales

• Experience working with various business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data science solutions
